THIS ITEM IS CRAP

This thing is absolute trash. It's so awful, it makes me want to scream. I've used it a million times, and it still doesn't work. The quality is cheap, and the layout are awful. Honestly, I can't understand how they could sell thisproduct without being ashamed. I'm so frustrated that I hoped I'd bought something functional instead. Save your dollar
